Venue Hire at Mount Barker Bowling Club
The Mount Barker Bowling Club provides a wonderful location for social and other community functions.
Accommodation for up to 80 people, with a well fitted kitchen and bar availability, makes it a popular venue for many functions, including:
- 3 course menus,
- Finger food,
- Morning or afternoon tea, and
- Barbecues.
Note: Due to the wide range of functions the Club can provide, prices are available on application.

A discount of 25% will apply to all hires for financial members of the Bowling Club, however, this discount cannot be applied to Government Charges (Liquor Licence Fee, etc).
Special rates and conditions for extraordinary activities may be negotiated.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
LIQUOR LICENCE:
- The liquor Licence is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Liquor Licensing Commission and must be strictly adhered to.
- Alcohol cannot and will not be served to persons under the age of 18 years.
- No licence will be requested past the hour of midnight, and at that time the bar will be closed and no further liquor served on the premises.
- NO BYO LIQUOR WILL BE ALLOWED.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Hires are requested to vacate the premises within one hour of the completion of their activities and no later than 1.00 am, leaving all areas in a clean and tidy condition.
- Should this not be practical they must return as early as possible the next morning to complete the task.
- All hires are advised to consider the need for PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE coverage for their function.
BOND CONDITIONS:
- A Bond may be required on confirmation of a booking.
- Club Rooms are to be left clean and tidy.
- Any breakage or damage costs will not be refunded.
